Royd Cottage at Lower Aylescott is a charming two bedroom cottage located at the far right of the communal courtyard and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

This two storey self catering holiday let boasts plenty of original character features with exposed stone walls and wood beams featured on the first floor of the cottage.

The ground floor has been recently renovated and enjoys a warm and cosy lounge with two comfy leather sofas, a TV, and a bright purple feature wall. It also provides direct access onto the shared courtyard where guests are welcome to sit back and relax on the provided outdoor table and seating provided.

The kitchen/diner has been equipped to a good standard with everything couples or families will require when staying in North Devon. Equipment in the kitchen includes an electric oven with hob , a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A large table with leather chairs comfortably seats up to 4 guests. A high chair can be provided for parents holidaying with young children.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms which share the family bathroom, which has a bath with shower attachment, a WC and a wash basin. The first bedroom is a charming double bedroom with a double bed, plenty of storage and period charm. The second bedroom is a twin room, with two full size single beds, storage and an exposed stone wall. The first floor also has direct access to the car park.
