Smithy Cottage, is a wonderful two bedroom countryside retreat that offers the ideal base for families, couples and friends to enjoy a holiday in North Devon.

Accommodating up to four guests, the cottage has been recently renovated and is tastefully decorated, furnished and equipped to a high standard that ensure guests have a relaxed and comfortable stay.

From the communal courtyard, its private entrance leads into a cosy living/dining room. This features lovely new duck egg blue comfy sofas around a TV. A great place to relax after enjoyable days exploring the local area. There is also a fold out table that comfortably seats 4 people.

There is also direct access to the communal courtyard where guests will find a table and chairs ideal for alfresco dinners.

Next to the lounge is the well-equipped kitchen complete with electric oven with hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, washing machine and a small breakfast bar.

The two bedrooms are located on the first floor of the cottage and include a good-sized double bedroom with a double bed, exposed beams and plenty of storage. The second bedroom is a twin, with two full size single beds, a built in wardrobe and exposed beams. These are both serviced by the recently renovated bathroom, which has a bath with shower attachment, wash basin and WC.
